Do these fat-burning exercises at your desk
Before you sit down in your chair, do some dips. With both your legs straight and pointed away from you, heels on the ground and hands on your chair’s arms, lower yourself into your chair by bending your arms until your elbows reach a 90-degree angle. Push up for 15 reps.
One of the best ways to work your hips and thighs at your desk is by doing a chair stand. It’s so easy – all you need to do is stand on a sturdy chair. If your chair has wheels, make sure you lock them in place to prevent your chair from rolling when you step up onto it. The trick to do this exercise is to not use your hands to push off. After standing up, slowly lower yourself back down, holding your arms out in front of you for balance. Repeat this exercise for a total of 10 times.
