Do you stress-eat? This herb can stop your cravings!
Stress isn't great for your health overall, but it's particularly bad for your waistline!

If you're stress-eater then you know how hard it is to just stop putting on weight - not to mention how HUGE a task it is to lose weight!

Well now, there's a herb that can you! It could stop your cravings and help you get off the dieting merry-go-round for good!

This indian herb stops cravings from stress...

It's commonly known as Indian Ginseng, but it's official name is Ashwagandha.

In a study, participants took 600mg of Ashwagandha daily for 60 days. These people who suffered from chronic stress saw significant reductions in their food cravings compared to the placebo group. And, by the end of the study, their body weight and body mass index (BMI) reduced by 3% - double the placebo group's weight loss.

What's important is that Ashwagandha isn't an appetite depressant, because as you may already have discovered, they stop working after a while. It works with your body's own natural processes to cope with stress so that you don't experience cravings.

Now, 3% may not seem that much to you - but if you combine Ashwagandha with another two natural nutrients, it could mean a WHOLE new wardrobe! Take a look...

Plus, Ashwagandha helps beat insomnia - which is one of the other major issues chronic stressers have to battle with.

Researchers at the International Institute for Integrative Sleep Medicine in Japan discovered in a study involving mice that a substance called triethylene glycol (TEG) in Ashwagandha significantly increases non-rapid-eye-movement sleep. This is the “dreamless” part of sleep that makes up the majority of our rest durign sleep.

And, if you've been battling weight gain for a while, you'll know that sleep is crucial to losing weight.

Ashwagandha is also good for the brain - it sharpens the mind! This makes sense, because when you're not filling your body with refined carbs because you crave all the time, and when you can actually rest your brain properly, this amazing organ starts to work properly again.

Sounds like a brilliant herb to include in your supplement regiment to me.
