Lower your cholesterol with these three exercise tips 

Tip #1: If you like going to the gym, go for it!
 
WebMD suggests you do moderate exercise for at least 30 minutes a day five days a week. And if you like doing a little more vigorous exercise, all you have to do is 20 minutes a day three times a week!
 
Don’t be put off by the word vigorous and moderate. Jogging is considered a vigorous activity, while fast-paced walking is a moderate form of activity, which brings us to tip #2.
 
Tip #2: Go for a walk every day
 
You really don’t need to be dripping in sweat to improve your health with exercise. If you just walk every day, even for ten minutes at a time, it drastically lowers your risk of heart disease and stroke not to mention your cholesterol.
 
Tip #3: Do exercise that’s not considered exercise
 
How about just having some fun to get your heart pumping and to lower your cholesterol?
Playing a game outside, going dancing or even running around with the dog is considered exercise even though it doesn’t feel like it!
