Are you getting the one simple mineral that helps restore normal blood pressure, lowers cholesterol and opens clogged arteries?

I know it sounds too good to be true, but this readily available mineral really does exist. Its positive effects on the heart appear to be connected with the fact that it boosts nitric oxide in the cells that line the blood vessels.

Most people have never even heard of it! But you can, now. Go here and discover all the details on this mineral - and more – on how to fight heart disease and win.

Is your nearest hospital prepared for your heart attack?

The study looked at the records of 43,242 heart condition patients who required a ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) on arrival at the hospital.

A doctor performs a STEMI when the patient has a complete blockage of blood flow to the heart. It involves either an angioplasty (this is when the doctor inserts an inflated balloon into the blocked blood vessel) or intravenous medication.

It turns out, if a patient arrives at the hospital during normal working hours, he receives this emergency medical procedure within 56 minutes, well within the critical 90 minutes.

But patients arriving at the hospital during the night, on a weekend or a public holiday had to wait an average of 72 minutes for this life-saving procedure. And this increases their risk of dying by 13%!

Although this study took place in the US, it begs the question, are our South African hospitals ready to treat you if you happen to need an angioplasty in the middle of the night?

Don’t leave it to chance, take the following precautions to help ensure you get this proper life-saving treatment when you need it most…

Drive out a lifetime of toxins and feel like you’re 18 again!

We're living with dozens of 21st century poisons.  Recent studies have now proven:

  • The average glass of drinking water could have thousands of carcinogens in it...
  • Breast and stomach cancer have been traced to chemical oestrogens in our food...
  • Early senility may actually be caused by environmental chemicals...

These toxins can cause terrible headaches… or uncontrollable joint pain… Have you ever felt listless and sapped of energy? Or immobilised by colon cramps? Or even just tired and listless?

Well, now there’s a unique way to flush out toxins and feel brand new again

If you have a history of heart problems, plan your heart attack to increase your chances of survival!

If you suffer from chronic heart disease or if you’re at high risk for a heart attack, ask your cardiologist for his cell number. This way, if you happen to find yourself in a life-threatening position that requires his expertise, you can call him and ask him to meet you at the hospital.

And, for those times when he goes on holiday or isn’t available for whatever reason, ask him for an alternative cardiologist’s number.

Also do your research on the hospitals closest to your home and your workplace. Find out what their policy is when it comes to having staff on hand that can perform an emergency angioplasty. Is there always someone on duty or are they on standby?
