Don’t eat too much salt or it’ll lead to heart problems

One of the major health aspects of your health affected by your salt intake is your blood pressure. Salt absorbs into your blood quickly when you eat salty foods. Your body then has to dilute the salt to keep your blood at the right consistency, so water pulls from your cells into your blood.
