How to tell if you could be affected by Adrenal Fatigue

•    You feel tired or weak
•    You need coffee to get going in the mornings…
•    Your daily tasks feel like hard work…
•    You feel like you’re not coping (it’s all too much)…
•    You struggle to concentrate and don’t finish tasks…
•    You feel irritable, anxious or depressed
•    Get headaches
•    Reduced interest in sex…

Feeling run down and drained all the time doesn’t have to be your normal state-of-being.

Unfortunately, it is for millions of people – all over the world – who just can’t seem to keep up anymore.

And there’s a very good explanation for this…

Researchers at numerous institutions, including Harvard University, Johns Hopkins and Stanford University identified that certain chemicals flick the ‘age switch’ on in people over 50, forcing them to slow down.

These chemicals gradually build up in your bloodstream over time as you age.

Until one day the switch finally flicks causing your metabolism to drag along at snail’s pace, dropping your oxygen levels and dipping your hormones until they’re practically undetectable.

But it doesn't have to be that way!
The answer to restoring your youthful energy is as easy as 1-2-3… Full details here…

How Rhodiola works to lower blood pressure

Rhodiola helps the body make more of the natural endorphins it needs to regulate blood pressure. These are the very same hormones your body releases during exercise.

If you’re tired of worrying about the side effects of your blood pressure pills… Or, worse, if you can’t bear the thought of spending another day feeling nauseous or that your bladder is about to burst all day… Speak to your doctor about trying rhodiola rosea to lower your blood pressure naturally.

But there's more...

Rhodiola also helps treat depression!

According to research from the Swedish Herbal Institute, rhodiola worked as well as St. John’s Wort (a herb most commonly used for treating depression). And it was even as effective as the antidepressant drug, imipramine.

This research led to a clinical trial of the rhodiola extract (SHR-5).

Researchers divided the participants into three groups:

* Group A took 340mg of the Rhodiola extract a day,
* Group B took 680mg a day and,
* Group C took a placebo.

After six weeks their progress was assessed. And the results were impressive!

Researchers found there were significant reductions in the Hamilton and BDI scores (tools to measure depression) in the group that had been taking rhodiola. The average HAMD score in Groups A and B fell from around 25 to around 18.

Consider rhodiola for your blood pressure and to treat your depression in one step - naturally and without side-effects.

You can find rhodiola at discount pharmacies or health shops.
