Save your health and protect yourself against heart problems with this delicious smoothie recipe 

You’ll need:
 
·         2 cups seedless grapes
·         1 cup of green leafy veggies (either kale, spinach or lettuce)
·         1 medium sized pear chopped into pieces
·         1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce (you can freeze it to get a real crushed ice texture)
·         2 tablespoons of avocado
·         3/4 cup coconut water
 
Mix all the ingredients together in your blender. You won’t need to add sugar or honey as the pear and grapes provide great sweetness to the smoothie.
