Fitness junkie, you could be at DOUBLE the risk for heart disorders!

by , 17 May 2014

You know exercise is important for your health. But did you know there's a ‘right' amount of exercise? Two recent studies show too little AND too much exercise could kill you! Let's take a look…

This enzyme is so powerful it sends patients with congestive heart failure into remission...

This enzyme is one of the top 10 remedies sold in Japan. It's also widely used in part of Europe. And no wonder! It has been used as a treatment for the early stages of congestive heart failure when used in high enough dosages. It actually improves the function of the healthy part of the heart and it also slows the damaging effects of high LDL cholesterol. And although some health-care providers are finally acknowledging its benefits, many people still haven't even heard of it.

Why is it not more generally used in this country if it's so effective?

The answer is simple.

It's not going to make anyone a lot of money. Not doctors. Not pharmaceutical companies. Not the media. Nobody! And let's face it. Pharmaceutical giants don't want their customers to reverse heart damage with an easily obtainable, affordable alternative to their expensive prescriptions. Why would they? It's bad business!

But you can find out all about this vitamin-like nutrient and what type of food to eat along with it to make it work best for you. Find out here...

Study shows your risk for heart problems could DOUBLE if you exercise too much!

In a recent study in the journal Heart, researchers in Germany studied the intensity and frequency in which 1,000 people exercised for 10 years. The participants were in the 60s and had stable coronary artery heart disease.

In that time, the researchers determined that those that exercised less than twice a week were at higher risk for a heart attack.
But, surprisingly, the researchers also discovered that those who exercised more than four times per week were also twice as likely to suffer a heart attack or stroke.

In another study, researchers found that young men who did endurance exercise more than five hours per week increased their risk for irregular heart rhythm later in life.

And in a Swedish study, researchers surveyed and examined 44,000 men between the ages of 45-79. Those who did intensive exercise for more than five hours per week were 19% at higher risk of developing an irregular heartbeat. This is a risk factor for stroke.
