All-natural tree bark manages cholesterol without drugs and strengthens heart-pumping activity
Tree bark? This sounds outrageous, but it's true. For hundreds of years, the bark of a specific tree found in India has been used to successfully treat heart conditions. It's considered a well-proven remedy in that country.
And that's not surprising when you consider its amazing properties.
Find out how it works… And so much more. Go here now

Don’t let heart problems force you to hate your food

#1. Healthy pizza: Instead of a traditional pizza base, buy small whole-grain pita bread rounds. Top with chopped tomatoes, a pinch of your favourite herbs, some crushed garlic and grated low-fat cheese. Pop it under the grill and voila; you have a healthy mini pizza!
#2. Heart friendly fibre-filled salad: Make a batch of cous cous, quinoa or brown rice and allow to cool. Add a variety of cool roast vegetables, beans and salad leaves for a delicious alternative to plain varieties of these ingredients.
#3. Sundae that’s not bad for your heart: If you have heart problems, you can still have dessert. Put a small cup of Greek yoghurt into a glass and mix in two tablespoons of granola. Add a teaspoon of honey and another teaspoon each of dried cranberries, bananas and sliced almonds.
Sticking to your heart healthy diet is all about mixing and matching flavours and textures to keep your interested. It’s essential to prevent you from resorting to old eating habits that caused your heart problems in the first place.
