Now a recent study done at the University of Colorado has found a novel way to cut the fat from your meal but keep it's taste.

148 people ate a full-fat meal, then a fat-free meal and then the “special” fat-free meal they prepared.

The verdict? There was a huge difference between the full-fat and fat-free meal, but just a small difference in the rating of the “special” meal compared to the full-fat one.

So what is it that they used?

And while researchers noted that the study subjects could tell there was a difference in texture when it came to the fat-free meal, they said it wasn’t as bad as they expected!
Study author, Dr Peters, says you don’t have to buy an entire spice rack to keep your food from being healthy but bland. He suggests having a few key herbs and spices that you can mix and match.
