#1: Fennel
Fennel is super-soothing. And when it’s combined with turmeric, it’s even more beneficial to your tummy! Fennel seeds are the star of the show in this cocktail. You’ll need:
  • 25 cm turmeric, grated
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • Juice of 1 grapefruit
  • 500ml (2 cups) water
  • Sprigs of thyme to serve
 
What to do:
  1. Combine all ingredients, share between two glasses, top with water and serve with a sprig of thyme.
