Reduce hot flushes and other menopause symptoms with this herb...
Struggling to sleep, hot flushes, and feeling down don't have to be the norm with menopause...

There's a herb that's been used for centuries to alleviate these symptoms - safely, without any harsh side-effects.

Find out what it is below...

Black cohosh - a natural alternative for perimenopause and menopause symptoms...

Black cohosh is a tall, flowering woodland plant that grows in forests in Ontario, Canada and Arkansas, USA.

Throughout the ages it’s been used to treat menstrual problems, pain after childbirth, nervous disorders, constipation, fatigue and joint pain.

It’s also been used for more than half a century in Europe to treat hot flushes, depression and sleep disturbances.

In Germany, the herb is endorsed by the German Commission, for treating menopausal symptoms, including hot flushes and vaginal dryness.

The journal Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine reported that a number of clinical studies using a standardised black-cohosh extract, have confirmed that black cohosh is effective for the relief of menopausal symptoms.

A study published in the journal Maturitas adds to the evidence of its effect on hot flushes and hints at possible antidepressant activity.

How to tell if you could be affected by Adrenal Fatigue

•    You feel tired or weak
•    You need coffee to get going in the mornings…
•    Your daily tasks feel like hard work…
•    You feel like you’re not coping (it’s all too much)…
•    You struggle to concentrate and don’t finish tasks…
•    You feel irritable, anxious or depressed
•    Get headaches
•    Reduced interest in sex…

Feeling run down and drained all the time doesn’t have to be your normal state-of-being.

Unfortunately, it is for millions of people – all over the world – who just can’t seem to keep up anymore.

And there’s a very good explanation for this…

Researchers at numerous institutions, including Harvard University, Johns Hopkins and Stanford University identified that certain chemicals flick the ‘age switch’ on in people over 50, forcing them to slow down.

These chemicals gradually build up in your bloodstream over time as you age.

Until one day the switch finally flicks causing your metabolism to drag along at snail’s pace, dropping your oxygen levels and dipping your hormones until they’re practically undetectable.

But it doesn't have to be that way!

The answer to restoring your youthful energy is as easy as 1-2-3… Full details here…

But what makes it safe?

Studies have found black cohosh does not bind to oestrogen receptors and has no oestrogen-like activities, which could make it safe for women concerned about oestrogen-related cancer.

It contains phytoestrogens which lower levels of the luteinising hormone (LH), thought to be the cause of hot flushes. New research also suggests that it may have some antioxidant properties.

Where to find black cohosh and how much to take...

You'll find black cohosh at health shops. Look for capsules, tablets or tinctures containing extracts of black cohosh standardised to contain 2.5% of triterpenes - this is the active ingredient group in black cohosh.

For menopausal symptoms, take 40 to 160mg of black cohosh daily. To reduce the chance of stomach upset, take it with meals. It can take four to eight weeks before you feel the benefits of taking black cohosh.
