How to tell if you could be affected by Adrenal Fatigue

•    You feel tired or weak…
•    You need coffee to get going in the mornings…
•    Your daily tasks feel like hard work…
•    You feel like you’re not coping (it’s all too much)…
•    You struggle to concentrate and don’t finish tasks…
•    You take day-time naps…
•    You feel irritable, anxious or depressed…
•    Have dry skin…
•    Get headaches…
•    Allergies…
•    You’ve lost your appetite…
•    Reduced interest in sex…

Feeling run down and drained all the time doesn’t have to be your normal state-of-being.

Unfortunately, it is for millions of people – all over the world – who just can’t seem to keep up anymore.

And there’s a very good explanation for this…

Researchers at numerous institutions, including Harvard University, Johns Hopkins and Stanford University identified that certain chemicals flick the ‘age switch’ on, forcing them to slow down.

These chemicals gradually build up in your bloodstream over time as you age.

Until one day the switch finally flicks causing your metabolism to drag along at snail’s pace, dropping your oxygen levels and dipping your hormones until they’re practically undetectable.

And this leaves you feeling down, irritable and stressed out.

Now, you can finally tuck your day-time naps away for good, because…

The answer to restoring your youthful energy is as easy as 1-2-3… Full details here…

Is your mind racing - when you should be getting your restful sleep?

No matter how many times you tell yourself you must get to sleep, it doesn't happen. Instead, you think of every problem you can think of and somehow every one of them grows into a mountain of worry...

When this happens, try focusing on each and indivual muscle in your body.

Progressively tense, hold and then relax each muscle group, starting with your feet, and working your way up your body.

By the time you get to your shoulders, if you haven't fallen asleep yet, you'll be much calmer - and then it's just a matter of time before you fall into a restful slumber.

Need a little pick-up?

Sometimes you just feel a bit low and need to pick yourself up...

Researchers have founf that music can do that for you.

So, find your favourite radio station or CD and get grooving while doing the housework or any other task.
