Sweet Potatoes

This is where you'll love your vegetable slice and dicer. Bake yourself some oil-free sweet potato chips for an energising snack. 

A medium-sized sweet potato pack up to 23g of carbohydrates, 3.8g of fibre, manganese and vitamin A. 

Because of the complex carbs in sweet potatoes, your body digests them slowly which means a steady a supply of energy for a good couple of hours.


A boiled egg for a snack, or an egg mayo sandwich for lunch could fuel your body for the afternoon.

Eggs are rich in protein, leucine which helps with energy production and fat breakdown, and B vitamins. They're just buzzing with energy!
