Men, this fruit is good for your prostate AND for your lungs!
Tomatoes have been shown to help prevent prostate cancer, as well as reduce tumour growth in people with prostate cancer.

They can also help men suffering from Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia by reducing symptoms of an enlarged prostate.

And now, a recent study has shown that tomatoes could help you breathe better if you have impaired lung function...

Breathe better by eating tomatoes?!

Improving your lung function could help keep you alive these days, thanks to the terrible pandemic that's crept into every corner and crevice of our precious world, bringing terror and tragedy as it snuffs the life out of millions...

And if you have other health issues, or reduced lung function, it could make you more vulnerable.

But researchers have recently found that tomotoes could help you improve your lung function...

Revealed: The 5-in-1 approach to COMPLETE Prostate and Bladder Relief
In the study, published in the European Respiratory Journal, researchers observed a group of 680 people, made up of smokers, ex-smokers and people who had never smoked.

The participants' lung function was tested at the start and at the end of the 10 year study.

Ex-smokers who ate more than two tomatoes per day saw a 15% slower decline in their lung function, compared to those who ate less than one tomato per day.

The researchers also noted that eating tomoatoes could help repair lung damage in ex-smokers.

Men: This Comprehensive Natural Solution Fortifies Your Bladder Without Side-Effects!

It’s fascinating how the bladder works. As it fills up, the bladder muscles are relaxed. But when you go to the loo to pee, the muscles contract, and when they do, they pressurise the urine through the urethra and out of your body.

It’s like when you want to empty your plastic water bottle out faster – you squeeze it and the stream coming out of the bottle becomes stronger and more powerful.

But if you suffer from a swelling prostate, chances are your bladder health could also be affected...

You see, as you get older, your bladder muscles become weaker, and your bladder walls become stiffer and more rigid as they lose their elasticity – making urinating more difficult.

Not only this, experts speculate that many men who suffer from a swelling prostate also have an overactive bladder. When the urethra is squeezed by a swollen prostate, the bladder has to work harder to push the urine out. Over time, this can further weaken the bladder.

The result is a common bladder control problem, described as a frequent and intense urge to urinate.

But, when you support your bladder health with the right nutrients, these issues go away…

Wondering why tomatoes are so good for you?

This kitchen favourite contains a powerful phytonutrient, and antioxidant, called lycopene. It's what gives the tomato its bright red colour.

This nutrient has been studied for decades for its health benefits...

But not everything containing tomatoes is good for you. The studies show that fresh tomoatoes are key to a healthy and protective diet, so toss out the tomato sauce...

Previous studies have also shown it's important to include the whole fruit, especially the skin... And that cooking the tomatoes breaks down the beneficial nutrients, making it easier for the body to absorb them.

You can also take a lycopene supplement to ensure you're getting enough of this powerful antioxidant.
