How to lose weight and keep your testosterone levels healthy...

The best thing you can do for your testosterone levels is to switch over to a low carb diet.

That means avoid sugar and refined carbohydrates (cakes, pretzels, biscuits, white bread, etc), including fruit juices and most especially fizzy drinks...

And eat whole fresh foods you find in Nature - like meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruit...

And don't shy away from healthy fats, like olive oil, nuts, avocados, fatty fish like tuna, sardines and salmon.

Cheese is also good to eat - try and go for the less processed cheeses though, and you can even indulge in dark chocolate!

Don't fall into the low-fat trap - it's not good for your manhood or your health!
