You can up your magnesium intake through certain foods or a supplement

Foods that are rich in magnesium include cooked spinach, dark chocolate, Brazil nuts, halibut, rice bran, pumpkin seeds and black beans. But in most cases, diet alone isn’t enough to get adequate supplies of magnesium. That’s where magnesium supplements come in.
