What is the Keto diet and how to get started...

The basic principle of the Keto diet is high fat, enough protein, low carbohydrates. 

It's so powerful, doctors recommend it for epileptic children - it helps control seizuers!

The ratio is 70-80% fat, 10-20% protein and 5-10% carbohydrates per day.
