20-30 fresh basil leaves
Organic plain yoghurt
What to do:
In a bowl, use a wooden spoon (or sub with a mortar and pestle) and crush the fresh basil leaves so that the natural oils are released. This is the basil paste. You can use this with water as a face wash, applying to the face and allowing to sit for five or so minutes, once every other day. Rinse with tepid water.
It’s as simple as that!
