Do you get heart palpitations? These foods could help...
Heart palpitations are when you feel your heart beating inside your chest...

When heart palpitations are combined with an elevated heart rate, it could be a sign of an underlying heart condition, and even kidney disease.

If they're higher than 100, see your doctor so he can identify the problem.

Three foods that could help brng your heart rate down...

When it comes to tachycardia, an electrolyte imbalance is generally to blame.
