Ever since I decided to green my skincare routine, I've been noticing major differences in my skin. It seems to be clearer, smoother and better hydrated. Plus, my pores appear to be smaller!
One of my favourite natural skincare treatments that I use on the regular is the much-loved honey and yoghurt face mask. I've tweaked this recipe a few times to make it perfectly suited to my skin type (normal sensitive skin). But, I do believe it'll work well for every skin type!
I use this mask on my skin every single day. I've kind of swapped out my regular (not-so-natural) face wash for this. The ingredients do more than enough to cleanse my skin, even if there's a bit of make-up left on it before I apply the mask. Raw honey and yoghurt skin-clearing face mask recipe
2 tsp organic raw honey
1 tbsp whole milk yoghurt (plain)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/6 tsp coconut oil
1 drop sweet almond essential oil

Mix up all of the ingredients in a small bowl, then apply the mixture to your face using your fingertips. Leave the mask on your skin for 20-30 minutes, then rinse it off with warm water and pat dry your skin. That’s all there is to it!
You can store excess face mask mixture in your fridge for up to one week. I store my excess in an airtight jar in the fridge because it’s something I use every single day.
