Monitor your health to determine how your type 2 diabetes is affecting it

Test #1: Get a blood test to determine your glucose levels

This is different from a simple finger prick test. And you should have it done through your doctor twice a year. It’ll determine your A1C levels. If it’s higher than 7%, you need to change your diabetes management strategy.

Test #2: Finger prick test

Test your sugar at home every morning and evening and after a meal. Compare the results to see whether you need to change anything to regulate your blood sugar better.

Test #3: Blood pressure

Diabetics are more prone to heart problems. This makes knowing your blood pressure essential! Use a home monitoring device and have it checked professionally when you go from your A1C blood test.

Test #4: Check you cholesterol levels

Diabetes also makes you more susceptible to high cholesterol, which increases your risk of heart disease even further. Have your cholesterol levels checked twice a year.

You can safely monitor your blood sugar and blood pressure at home, but be sure to have your levels check by a professional twice a year too!

PS: Are you getting the one simple mineral that helps restore normal blood pressure, lowers cholesterol and opens clogged arteries?

I know it sounds too good to be true, but this readily available mineral really does exist. Its positive effects on the heart appear to be connected with the fact that it boosts nitric oxide in the cells that line the blood vessels.

Most people have never even heard of it! But you can, now. Go here and discover all the details on this mineral - and more – on how to fight heart disease and win.
