Here's how fish (and four other foods) can lower your blood sugar naturally

by , 01 April 2014

Controlling your diabetes starts with your diet. You need to eat the good food and cut out the bad to really get the upper hand on your disease. Here's one easy change you can make to your diet to lower your blood sugar completely naturally.

Don’t just count the calories when you’re trying to lower your blood sugar naturally!

It’s important to count calories when you’re trying to lose weight, but it’s not all about the calories when you suffer from type II diabetes! You need to pay attention to the carb and sugar content of all the foods you put in your mouth.
When eating carbs, they break down into sugar, says the Mayo Clinic. And when you eat processed carbs they spike the sugar in your blood quickly. You don’t want this to happen so stay away from eating these foods! Rather eat healthy carbs in the form of fruit and vegetables. Whole grains and low-GI carbs are also good for you as they contain fibre and slow your digestion down.

Treat diabetes with common cinnamon
Someday soon the threat of diabetes type II could be wiped out for millions of people. Because Dr Wright has shown us how we could overcome and prevent it, using nothing more costly than table cinnamon.

And I’m not talking about some exotic variety, but the stuff that’s already in your cupboard!
If you or any of your loved ones have type II diabetes, this could reduce or eliminate any need for drugs...

Even more importantly, you’ll learn how to spot a tendency that hasn’t yet become full-blown diabetes. (Just a glance at your skin could tell you if you’re “programmed” for diabetes.) And Dr Wright will show you how you could keep the disease away forever.

Eat fish and foods containing good fats to control your sugar diabetes
Keep your heart healthy by eating fresh fish at least twice a week. Your heart is put under a lot of strain by your diabetes, so eating fish containing omega 3s helps your heart cope! Eat salmon, tuna, mackerel and halibut to remove bad fats from your arteries! This will help keep your blood pressure stable and your heart working how it should.
In the same way, you need to include foods that contain good fats. These will help keep your cholesterol levels down and your arteries clear. Add avos, nuts and peanut and olive oils to your diet.
Enjoy food while still lowering your blood sugar naturally! Take control of your type II diabetes and change your diet.
