  3. Sweet drinks: Fizzy drinks contain high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) and fruit juice contains high levels of fructose. So not only are you increasing your blood sugar by drinking these jucies, but you're more hungry and bound to eat something sugary, which increases your blood sugar even further. Rather drink water or a low-cal spritzer instead. 

  4. Processed foods are high in salt and preservatives. And both of these are bad for your health no matter which way you look at it.
