Do you constantly drive past your favourite take-away joint only to give in to temptations a couple times a week because that’s all you see? To control your weight and blood sugar, this isn’t an option for you anymore. In just one burger meal, you’re likely to eat an entire day’s worth of carbs and calories… This is devastating for your weight and sugar diabetes!
 
Try taking a different route, or stick to the lane furthest away from the entrance of your favourite take-away spot to make it more difficult to drive in!
