Warning: Drinking skim milk dramatically increases your risk of prostate cancer

by , 02 April 2014

If you're drinking skim milk as a way to control your weight and overall health, listen up! Studies by the American Nutrition Association show that the calcium in skim milk can cause prostate cancer! Here's what you need to know…

Not all dairy is equal when it comes to your risk of prostate cancer

Previous studies indicated the link between an increase in your risk of prostate cancer and dairy products. But more research is now available…

This new research shows that not all dairy products are equal when it comes to how they affect your prostate. In particular, it seems that skim milk is the worst for your prostate, says the American Nutrition Association. This because the calcium in skim milk causes your risk of prostate cancer to shoot up.

Men - Avoid the stop-and-start and... Pee Like a Firehose!

“This amazing new breakthrough in prostate health could be all you need to improve urinary flow, boost your bedroom performance and keep your prostate in good nick for decades to come”.

But if you do nothing about a swollen prostate, the symptoms steadily gets worse. Your prostate balloons to the size of a small melon, pinches off your urine stream, wakes you up constantly, burns like fire...

Until it gets so unbearable, that we agree to take drugs that could make us impotent... Or submit to hideously painful surgery, which could destroy nerves and leave us wearing nappies... But it doesn’t have to be this way!

Good news: Ice cream and other full cream dairy products don’t seem to affect your prostate

The Physicians' Health Study looked at various factors previously thought to have been bad for the health of your prostate. They studied the role of fat and protein in prostate health. Both of which researchers had previously considered to be a cause of prostate cancer.

But now, it seems that neither fat not protein have a direct role in increasing your prostate cancer risk.

The source of the problem is calcium! The research goes on to say that men who get more than 2,000mg of calcium a day, have a higher risk of prostate cancer than those who take less than 500mg.

So the bottom line is to get the right amount of calcium to keep your health at its best. The recommended daily dose of calcium you need is 1,000mg. Stick to this limit and lower your risk of prostate cancer.
