Here's how carrots can help you cut your prostate cancer risk by 18%

by , 31 March 2014

Prostate cancer makes up 30% of all cancers diagnosed across the world. This means your risk of developing prostate cancer is very high! But you can change your lifestyle to lower your risk. Here's how to do just that, completely naturally.

Lower your risk of prostate cancer by changing your diet

The Daily Mail says men who eat carrots three times a week or more are 18% less likely to develop prostate cancer. These findings are part of new cancer research published in the latest edition of the European Journal of Nutrition.
Data collected from ten other studies relating to prostate cancer and diet underwent analysis. And researchers found that carrots offer a great line of defence in a prostate cancer diet. Here’s what one of the researchers had to say: “Several potential mechanisms could explain the association between carrot consumption and the risk of prostate cancer.”
Men - Avoid the stop-and-start and... Pee Like a Firehose!

“This amazing new breakthrough in prostate health could be all you need to improve urinary flow, boost your bedroom performance and keep your prostate in good nick for decades to come”.

But if you do nothing about a swollen prostate, the symptoms steadily gets worse. Your prostate balloons to the size of a small melon, pinches off your urine stream, wakes you up constantly, burns like fire...

Until it gets so unbearable, that we agree to take drugs that could make us impotent... Or submit to hideously painful surgery, which could destroy nerves and leave us wearing nappies... But it doesn’t have to be this way!

Eat your carrots! They can protect your prostate from cancer
The National Health Institutes confirm the results. Their long-term study of 450 subjects proved that you can prevent prostate cancer by eating the right foods.
But don’t just focus on carrots for your health... It’s all brightly coloured vegetables that’ll do the same thing!
That’s because the carotenoids in carrots and these other veggies give them their bright colours. And these carotenoids help your prostate fight off cancer!
This is a great reason to include brightly coloured vegetables into your ever day diet to avoid prostate cancer.
So, as you can see, your parents were right! Listen to their advice and make sure you eat your carrots and other brightly coloured vegetables to protect the health of your prostate!
