Data collected from ten other studies relating to prostate cancer and diet underwent analysis. And researchers found that carrots offer a great line of defence in a prostate cancer diet. Here’s what one of the researchers had to say: “Several potential mechanisms could explain the association between carrot consumption and the risk of prostate cancer.”
