#2: Do interval cardio
Forgot long cardio sessions – interval cardio is better if you want to lose belly fat fast. Interval training involves pushing your body into an anaerobic state in short bursts of exertion for 20 to 30 seconds with rest periods in-between. When doing this kind of cardio, there’s less oxygen available to your muscles and your body fatigues quicker. Do a 20-minute session of interval cardio, such as sprinting, three days per week to stimulate the fat stores in your body and burn excess weight.
#3: Fill up on fat
This may sound completely illogical, but the latest research shows that eating more healthy unsaturated fats keeps you satiated longer and stimulates the fat-burning process within your body. Examples of healthy fats include avocados, coconut oil, olive oil, fish, nuts and seeds.
