Do these five exercises to burn fat - FAST!

These five moves target multiple muscle groups, helping you lose weight all round quickly. Rest for 30-60 seconds after each set.
Fat busting exercise routine: Move 1

Exercise #1:

Holding weights, squat and on the way up, lift your weights up over your head before repeating the squat.

Do three sets of 15 reps.

Fat busting exercise routine: Move 2
Exercise #2: 

Holding weights, lower your torso so back is flat and almost parallel to floor. Extend your arms towards floor, palms facing in and lift straight left leg behind you, so body forms a T. Slowly bend left elbow and draw your weight up until your elbow is even with your torso. Hold for a moment, then lower weight. Repeat with other arm.
Do 15 reps, then switch sides and repeat. Do three sets.
Fat busting exercise routine: Move 3Exercise #3: 

Stand with your left foot on a sturdy bench or step, holding weights in each hand. Lift yourself so you’re standing on the step, raise your right thigh so it’s parallel to the floor and at the same time, curl your weights up towards your shoulders. Return to starting position.

Do 15 reps, then switch sides and repeat. Do three sets.

Fat busting exercise routine: Move 4Exercise #4: 
Lie facedown with toes tucked. Keeping your forearms on floor, pull your bellybutton in towards your spine and raise your hips to come into low plank position. 
Inhale while lifting your hips further so your body forms an inverted V. Pause, then slowly return to starting position.

Do three sets of 15 reps.

Exercise #5: 
Lie face-down with your arms and legs extended and toes pointed. Inhale while raising your arms and legs as high as you can. Pause, then exhale while slowly returning to starting position.

Do three sets of 15 reps.
