Sixteen minutes extra per day doesn’t sound like very long, but in the long run that difference builds up!
 
#3: Eat cottage cheese before bed
All along you’ve been told that eating before bed is a taboo when it comes to dieting, but actually, it completely depends what kind of food you choose. Believe it or not, steering clear of food completely before sleeping can have opposite effect and cause you to pick up weight instead, as you’re more likely to binge on food at breakfast if you wake up feeling hungry. A small snack of cottage cheese before bed is a fantastic choice as it’s full of – you guessed it – casein protein.
