Ingredients:
  • 1 lime, zest and juice

  • ½ cup of ice, to thicken 
  • 3 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 small zucchini
  • ½ medium avocado, no skin 
  • 1 tsp green superfood powder
  • 1 probiotic capule emptied

Toppings:
  • Pepitas
  • Chia seeds
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Shredded coconut

Method:
  1. In a blender, add all ingredients except coconut yoghurt.
  2. Blend until a smooth, but thick consistency is formed. You may need to blend in some extra ice to thicken.
  3. Pour into your favourite breakfast bowl.
  4. Swirl in coconut yoghurt and top with seeds, nuts, coconut and your favourite fruit.
