While fatigue isn’t the first sign that doctors look for, it could be present in cervical cancer. You can feel anywhere between sluggish and chronically fatigued. Because fatigue is also a common symptom of so many other health problems, you should only start worrying if it’s accompanied by other symptoms on this list.
