Here are three tips to get the shuteye you need!
#1: Follow a regular sleep schedule
Go to sleep and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends and during the holidays, to help your body set an internal snooze clock to help you sleep longer and improve the quality of your slumber. #2: Write a sleep journal
Keep tabs on your sleep cycle for a few weeks. Include what time you went to bed and woke up, any naps during the day and how tired you felt throughout the day. It’s also helpful to note how much alcohol or caffeine you drank, if you exercised, if any stressful events occurred or if you took any medications.
#3: Do moderate to vigorous exercise
According to studies, people with arthritis

but are active sleep better. By getting 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous activity each week, you can reduce your odds of feeling tired during the day by 65%. But remember – don’t exercise
after sunset, or you’ll increase your levels of adrenaline and stimulate brain activity, which can make it difficult to sleep at night!
