A poor westerner’s diet may have led you to the life you currently live: In pain and suffering from the debilitating symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). But because it’s so easy to change your diet, it’s just as easy to change the fate of your health.

It stems from the foods your ancestors used to eat before there were take-aways and convenience foods. So, while you don’t have to focus on portion size and calories, you do need to cut certain foods out of your diet, says everydayhealth.com.
